These terms govern use of onepayslater.com and the OnePay Later connection service. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.

1. The Service

OnePay Later is a connection service. We introduce consumers who submit requests to independent third-party providers of pay later and installment plans. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, we do not set rates, fees, or schedules, and we do not service payments. Any plan you accept is a contract between you and the provider, on the provider's terms. Requests may be made for amounts between $500 and $5,000; submission of a request does not guarantee a connection, an offer, or approval.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to adults residing in the United States. By submitting a request you represent that you are at least eighteen years old, that the information you provide is accurate and yours to provide, and that you are requesting a connection for your own household purposes.

3. No Fee to You; How We Are Paid

Submitting a request and using this website are free. We are compensated by providers through referral fees when connections are made. This compensation does not change the terms any provider offers you, and it is disclosed throughout the site because you are entitled to know how the service earns its keep.

4. Information and Estimates

Content on this site — including guides, category pages, worked examples, and the payment calculator — is general educational information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and not an offer or commitment to lend. Calculator outputs and worked examples are estimates for illustration only; the terms that govern are those shown by a provider on an actual offer and in the agreement you sign. Verify every number on a real offer before accepting it.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful, current information; to review any offer — including its payment amount, dates, count, total, and fees — before accepting; and to direct questions about an active plan to the provider servicing it. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to submit another person's information without authority, not to interfere with the site's operation, and not to scrape, copy, or republish site content except as permitted below.

6. Third-Party Providers and Links

Providers are independent businesses. We do not guarantee that any provider will extend an offer, and we are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, the terms, performance, servicing, or collection practices of any plan. References on this site to third-party services, including the comparison of alternative providers, are informational descriptions of general characteristics, provided without endorsement or warranty; verify current terms directly with any provider before relying on them.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — text, guides, layout, and graphics — belongs to OnePay Later or its licensors. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Any other reproduction or use requires written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any connection will result in an offer or in terms suitable for your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnePay Later from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your submission of information you were not entitled to provide.

11. Changes and Termination

We may modify the site, the service, or these terms at any time; the version posted here is the current one, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We may decline or discontinue service to any user who violates these terms or misuses the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless the law of your state of residence mandatorily provides otherwise.
